MULTIPLE SPACE DISCOUNTS:
- Deduct $50. from each 10’ x 10’ space if six (6)
  Or more spaces (600 sq.ft.) are contracted for.

Exhibitors taking ten (10) or more spaces will be given a complimentary Business card imprint listing in the official Expo Directory Buyers Guide.

Exhibitors taking twelve (12) or more spaces will be given a complimentary Banner advertisement in the www.police-security.com

ADVANCED MEDIA PLACEMENTS SCHEDULED TO APPEAR …

Information to both Attendees & Exhibitors on the 22^nd Annual Police Security Expo 2009 are scheduled to appear in multiple issues of Police and Security News, Law & Order Magazine, Law Enforcement Product News, Police Magazine, NJ Cops, Advanced Rescue Technology and Radio Resource Magazine. Numerous Industry Association Newsletters will also announce the Expo. Internet links, online calendar placements and Trade Show directory notifications abound.
The Atlantic City Convention Center will assist by sending Press Releases out for Newspaper, television and radio coverage.

EXHIBITOR CONFIRMATIONS & HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Exhibitors will receive an Exhibit Space confirmation kit
compete with Guest Room reservation information, directions and a
Service Manual (furniture, electric, telephone, etc.) upon receipt and approval of your Exhibit Space assignment.

Guest Room Accommodations are available at Atlantic City Casino
& Non-Casino Hotels. Guestroom rates range from $95.00 to $139.00.
Hotel information will follow in your Exhibitor Confirmation Packet.

ARRANGEMENTS, INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING

Rules and regulations of Police Security Expo 2009 are listed on the Exhibit Space Contract. Exposition Management shall have the authority to interpret and enforce all rules in the best interest of the exhibition.

Exhibits must be in place and fully assembled by 9:00 am on Tuesday,
June 22, 2009 and ready for the Expo’s opening. Dismantling may not begin           until 4:00 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Vehicles must be in place by 10:00 am on Monday, June 22, 2009 and will be given first move-in preference.

EXHIBITOR RIGHTS
Hand carried Exhibitor equipment can be brought in through the Convention Center’s front doors. There is no labor charge for self-propelled motorized vehicles on display which can be moved in and out of the Convention Center under it’s own power. All other labor in connection with installation, removal or maintenance of the Exhibition must be performed under the jurisdiction of the appropriate unions. The Exhibit Service Manual will have additional details in this regard.
